Resolving Common Connection
ProblemsIf you see a dialog such as this:

Please try the following steps:
1. Log into the Zone using Internet Explorer
2. During the login process, if you receive any pop-up dialogs, check the "Do not show again" box on them
3. Click Tools/Internet Options, then select the Privacy tab

4. Click the Edit button
5. Add msn.com and passport.com to the Allow list
6. Click OK
7. Click the Advanced Options tab
8. Un-check "Warn if changing between secure and not secure mode"
9. Click OK
10. Attempt to connect to ZoneOrchestrator
