        Check to ensure your ZO Username and ZO Password are correct. If necessary, you may request your account details (including username and password), by clicking the following link:

If you continue to have problems, try the administrative concerns section of this guide, or post to the newsgroups.


Your account has yet to be activated. Please check your email account for the signup email detailing activation.

        You will need to activate you account. This activation method ensures that your ZoneOrchestrator e-mail of record is valid. After signing up for your ZoneOrchestrator account, or changing your ZoneOrchestrator e-mail of record, you should have received an e-mail detailing your authentication details. If you have lost this e-mail, you may post on the support newsgroups asking for your activation details to be re-sent.


No account of that name exists on this server.

        Ensure you are connecting to the correct server. Unless you were instructed otherwise, try the following steps:

1)    Click on Advanced.

2)    Click on the Server drop down list and select 'Server', as illustrated below:

4)     Re-attempt to connect to ZoneOrchestrator.

Error: 401 Authorization Required and Error: Could not connect to server (Unknown Error (11001)).

    Ensure you are connected to the internet.

    Check your proxy settings.

1)    Click on 'Advanced', then 'Proxy Settings'.

2)    Ensure they are correct. If you do not use a proxy, uncheck the box, and leave them blank.
