Resolving Common Connection Errors - Login Errors

You receive the following dialog when connecting to ZO:

    Errors encountered at this dialog are usually due to ZoneOrchestrator Server problems, or issues with your ZoneOrchestrator account.

Please select the error you receive from the list below:

  • Your authentication details are incorrect.

  • Your account has yet to be activated. Please check your email account for the signup email detailing activation.
  • No account of that name exists on this server.
  • Your account has been suspended.
  • This ZoneOrchestrator Server is temporarily down.
  • Error: 401 Authorization Required
  • Error: Could not connect to server (Unknown Error (11001)).
  • If you receive an error not listed, try posting to the newsgroups.
