Resolving Common Connection Errors - LDBH

You receive the following dialog box when attempting to connect to ZO:

    This dialog box can appear for a variety of reasons. Before continuing make sure that your passport details are correct and that you can sign in normally - through the webpage.

    Try to reload ZO and manually re-type your passport e-mail and password, then try again. If, after confirming your details, you continue to be unable to log on, choose the most appropriate link from the list below. Please note that, in some instances, there may be multiple causes.

  • You have recently changed your Member Plus ZoneID.

  • You use, or have used, SpyBot, Ad-Subtract, Pop-up blockers, or ad suppression software.

  • You use, or have used, anti-key logging programs such as PrivacyKeyboard, or similar products.

  • You are using a firewall, router, or similar networking devices.

  • Zone.com servers are currently offline.
