I would like to create, or request, a ZoneOrchestrator account.
ZoneOrchestrator is reserved for the exclusive use of persons with Member Plus status. You can learn more about the Member Plus program here. If you are a privileged user on the Zone, you may be allowed to use ZoneOrchestrator. Sadly, at this time, only those with Member Plus status may use ZoneOrchestrator. If you are a Member Plus in good standing, you may request an account through the following link:
http://www.zoneorchestrator.com/links.php?id=signupreq
You should receive an email in your EOR within ten minutes of your request (the email is dispatched immediately, but you may have to wait for it to be delivered). Once you receive this email, follow the instructions contained within it to activate your ZoneOrchestrator account. If you do not get a reply, you may wish to send another request. If you continue not to get a reply, you are encouraged to post to the newsgroups. You will want to confirm that your email is not rejecting inbound letters, or filtering mail from either jondev.com (@jondev.com) or ZoneOrchestrator (@ZoneOrchestrator.com) domains.
I have never received my account information, or my request for an account has been unanswered.
If, three days after your request for a ZoneOrchestrator account, you do not receive any reply, confirm the following:
You are of Member Plus status. That is, when logging on to the
Microsoft Gaming Zone, you have a '+' beside your name.
You have checked your Email of Record. This is the email address you
provided when you signed up as a plus. If you do not have an EOR, contact your ambassador
(lead) for further information. Ensure that mail from the ZoneOrchestrator.com and
jondev.com domains are not blocked or being filtered.
Ensure that you are not filtering email in your EOR through the use of a spam filter or other, similar, technologies.
You have waited the requisite ten days. It takes time in order to process your application, and therefore it is suggested that you wait ten days after submitting your information before taking any action.
Ensure that you have spelled your ZoneID correctly. If you are unsure about how you spelled your ZoneID, resubmit your application again, once, confirming your ZoneID is correctly spelled.
If, after confirming the above, you still have not received the email, proceed with the following:
Contact your ambassador (lead), explaining the situation. Remember to include your ZoneID, and it is highly recommended that you email from your account of record. Confirm your account of record. If it is different from the one you are expecting, check the account provided by your lead. If you do not have any mail, or can no longer check that account, ask your lead to change your EOR.
In the event your lead changes your EOR, submit a request for an account. Note: you may have to wait between ten and fourteen days after your lead adjusts your account in order for the changes to come into affect.
If you continue to have difficulties, or would like more assistance, do not hesitate to post to the administrative support newsgroups. Newsgroup configuration information can be found here.
I do not recall my account credentials.
If you have forgotten your account details, such as the username and password for your ZoneOrchestrator account, fill out the following link:

I would like to view, or change, my account information.
Changing your ZoneOrchestrator and Member Plus user information requires you to fill the following form:
http://www.zoneorchestrator.com/links.php?id=updatezoacctinfo
After logging in with your ZoneOrchestrator account information, simply select the appropriate field, and modify it accordingly.
While some changes, such as altering your first name, or your preference in receiving ZoneOrchestrator emails, come into effect immediately, others, such as a level change request, or committee change request, may take up to fourteen days to be processed. If this is the case, or if changes are pending, you will be notified of the pending changes on this page.
I would like to remove myself from the ZoneOrchestrator News list.
From time to time, ZoneOrchestrator may send informational mailings in order to better keep you abreast of relevant news. Such mails usually contain vital information, such as pending updates, security bulletins, planned down-time, or other ZoneOrchestrator news that is of benefit to you. However, it is recognized that some may prefer not to receive such important announcements. If this is the case, you will find that you can modify your preferences in this regard by un-checking the appropriate box in the form below:
http://www.zoneorchestrator.com/links.php?id=updatezoacctinfo
Please note, you must log in with your ZoneOrchestrator account details in order to modify your account.
